Your staff are and always should be the heart of your hospitality business, without them, you wouldnât have a business. Team building exercises can vary greatly, you could all going out for a meal to learn about each other outside of work pressures, or you could have team meetings with ice breakers or fun games for the team to compete together. This will help them build the strong relationship that will be required when they are working together on a busy shift.
